HE IS GETTING THE NEW WINE READY.

He is the vine, we are the branches.

He is the wine, we are the housing/wineskin. We are the vessel that will contain Him. The vessel needs a clean out - a preparation to house the new that is pure and strong.

There is at the moment a new level of dying to SELF and sacrificing our ALL! A dropping of all we held dear and hoped would come to pass; into His hands. A time of going after Him alone; not for what He can give us. All He wants to give at the moment is the gift of Himself and all else will eventually come after we have gained Him. The old wine is finished and the new wine is being prepared in us as we simply sit in His presence. Don't move away from Him in this season. Don't chase His gifts. Don't allow the little foxes to spoil your vineyard. He is transporting us into His house of WINE and looking upon us with His unrelenting love divine (Song of Songs 2:4). Song of Songs chapter 2 is where we are at currently - He is taking us into His new wine, He is calling us away with Him to deal with our hearts. In the place of love He wants to deal with the things that keep us separate from deeper places with Him. He wants to deal with the little foxes that spoil our devotion to Him, things that have become idols in place of Him. He is jealous for our whole heart and attention. The foxes raid our vineyard of love but He promises to catch them with us BUT we must be in His house of wine. We can only walk in the new wine of Jesus - become a new wineskin to house Him in the new by walking with Him first to deal with the little foxes. He longs to deal with those things that separate us from Him - will you enter His house of wine today and say yes to His loving gaze of purification?
